For us it all begins with well cared for free range animals.
We pasture and feed our pigs and chickens organic feed in open air lots where they are free to roam and graze. It is our firm belief that the quality of our products depends on the quality of feed and care we give our animals.
We are passionate about our products and recipes and are constantly on the look out for new ideas and flavours.
